Petrol the Series was nominated for 5 categories at this year’s IAWTV Awards in Los Angeles! Nominations include: Best Directing for Ant Horasanli, Best Dramatic Series, Best Editing, Best Sound and Best Ensemble Drama.
The prestigious International Academy of Web Television will host its 5th IAWTV Awards at a gala celebration honoring the best in streaming series on October 4, 2017, in the Ahmanson Ballroom at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.

The screening was followed by a lively Q & A session where the team talked about everything from production to budget and on-set antics.

Director Ant Horasanli will have two of his latest works screened at the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art – one of them being an episode of his webseries Petrol.
Established in 2014, the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art (OFFA) is a cultural not-for-profit organization that provides Oakville’s only independent film festival.

Petrol the Series took home the Best Action/Adventure Award at the 2017 HollyWeb Festival in Hollywood. The Awards were presented at the Fonda Theatre on April 2, 2017.

Petrol the Series has made it onto the Web Series World Cup (WSWC) 2017 list. It’s currently ranked 19th amongst web series from around the world.
With 15 eligible web fests still to take place until December 2017, Petrol the Series is on track to move up even higher through the standings!
In it’s 3rd year, the WSWC seeks to provide international recognition that aims to recognize, support and promote the world’s most talented content makers.
